Found a trojan horse...?

My computer is REALLY messed up. There's so manythings wrong with it. After running AVG virus protection in safe mode on my computer, it detected a trojan horse, ''SHeur.AKJJ''

What stinks is AVG says the trojan is ''unhealable''. So now what? Is this bad? Is this causing my computers problems? How do I get rid of it? Someone please help me I'm computer illiterate.

Once you know that it is there you can do a few things to try and get rid of it.

You can Google the name and see how others have gotten rid of it.

Antivirus software does not always get rid of all of it, Most trojans out these days are adware and spyware. So if you go and download AVG Anti-Spyware trial edition and Lavasoft's Adaware2007 you can have both of them scan and see if they can get rid of it.

If these do not work you can try looking for an entry in the Windows Registry for that trojan name. This is usually not a good thing to do if you are a novice so I would try the program above first and do this as a last resort.
