can i disable avg firewall and just run the windows firewall . is that enough protection ? avg firewall is messing with computer thanks for any info

From the AVG FAQ:
Open the AVG Control Center program -%26gt; right-click on the ''AVG Firewall'' component -%26gt; choose ''Deactivate''. Now the AVG Firewall service is switched off. When you need to re-activate the AVG Firewall, open the AVG Control Center program -%26gt; right click on the ''AVG Firewall'' component and choose ''Activate''.
