I downloaded yahoo protection and I can't run live update because it keeps telling me it's running in the background and wait till it finishes and it never does and my computer is at risk. Can someone help me? Thanks

clode all internet window while updating, also open task manager ( ctrl + alt + delete) and try to get rid of unknown process
