i got a firewall n, virus protection n, the other thing. but computer is still slow n freezing up ,know nothing bout computer, what do i do ,alreadfy deleted temp.internet file ,history,cookies,dont know what else to do.

One thing that can cause your system to run slow and freeze up is if you are running more than one antivirus tool, Running more than one antivirus can and does cause conmflicts with one another,

Another issue is if you have been or are running something such as ''Limewire''. Even if you aren't on line with it the possibility is that it is running in the background of your system. Also depending on what you might have down loaded you could have picked up something that is using your system's resources.
