when I clicked this baloon, open the page but, ''This page is unauthorized for you'' display on the page. before this open with another small page. help

Ha ha, (happened to me too) actually you are not infected. this is a spyware to promote some stupid antivirus or another spyware. use a anti-spy program (AVG anti-spy, spyware doctor, spybot search %26 destroy, spysweeper) to get rid of this. this baloon and pop up is a real nuisance...
