Am I beeing hacked?

I just got done playing red alert 2 and all of sudden I get pop up constanly and won go away they just freez. Then my background changed and I saw this command prompt, after that the it downloaded some weird program on virus protection and i just shut down the computer since i couldnt stop the install.

Probably adware relating to your game may even be an updater.
Most probably not, it is definitely a malware. I recommend to boot in safe mode and run msconfig.exe. On the Startup tab disable everything. This is probably redundant but still check if you could run regedit.exe and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Wi... to trace what apps are executed during startup (You can trace some malwares here; specially viruses and trojans). Reboot after doing so. After reboot, install, update and scan using the following: ClamWin, spybot - Search and Destroy. I also recommend spywareblaster and comodo as a prevention.

the popup had a virus in it and you'll have to remove it with virus software.
